We’re a diverse group of women bringing our individual talents together to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families facing the stress and burdens catastrophic illness brings. We share a common bond – caring hearts and helping hands. We are your neighbors, coworkers, friends and family; we live and work right here with you in our community. We shop at the same stores and our kids go to the same schools. We understand and believe in the positive effects of community members working together to take care of our own; it all starts at home…
01. Lend a Hand
Have a great time volunteering and making a difference. Volunteer opportunities are available to any man or woman with a caring heart. As an organization that is committed to never paying a salary, it takes all of us working together to achieve success. We are adamant that every dollar possible is used to directly benefit our recipients within the local community.
We offer many ways to volunteer whether it is directly assisting our recipients with things like preparing meals for easy preparation later, house cleaning, and yard maintenance or volunteering at our events; we even have ways to help from home.
We welcome your help. It’s easy to volunteer for Twisted Ribbons.
03. Be a Member
Membership is open to any woman who is motivated to help those suffering within our community. Our members are the heart of our organization and provide the time and hard work to run the organization and provide assistance to those battling catastrophic illness in our community.
Twisted Ribbons invites anyone interested to join us at our monthly meeting. They are held the second Wednesday of every month.
02. Make a Donation
No contribution is too small; it takes us all
working together to aid those struggling in our community.
Every dollar counts: it all adds up to make BIG differences in the lives of those in our community battling catastrophic illnesses.
Help those suffering from catastrophic illness and donate today!
All we ask is that you come with an open heart and expect no more than a thank you and the good feelings inside knowing that you are helping those in need.
